    Hey Skip,

    I have to say this is definitely a lot more well organized than the first chapter.

    The advice is generally good and I really like the repeated discussion / list format.

    The first chapter feels a bit more like a preface to me, so maybe when you get this to print, you could expand this chapter a tiny bit and make it the first chapter, and then make your existing first chapter a preface.

    This way, you can still talk about just the big picture in the beginning without worrying about it possibly being 'too high level'.

    Just a thought. Looking forward to more content!
